Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders for items currently in stock are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
We deliver nationwide across South Africa using The Courier Guy, with estimated delivery times ranging from 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Aim Chassis – Production Lead Time
Aim chassis units are manufactured per order. Please allow up to 21 working days for production, unless stock is available due to a prior cancelled order.

Quick Anneal – Production Lead Time

Quick Anneal units are manufactured per order. Please allow up to 21 working days for production, unless stock is available due to a prior cancelled order.

Shipping Costs
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order. We provide competitive flat-rate shipping options across South Africa.

Tracking Your Order

A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.

You can monitor your delivery at any time using the tracking link provided.

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please notify us within 7 days.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests submitted more than 12 hours after placing the order may not be possible if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
